Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the pet supplies received from Passion for Pets, we will refund the item/items. However,
the items must be sent back at the customer’s expense in new re-saleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt for online purchases. Items bought in-store may be exchanged only and not refunded.

Any refunds will be issued once Passion for Pets receives the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. Any goods that are damaged or has defaults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. In the case of goods returned for refunded, payments will be refunded within 7 days from when Passion for Pets receives the goods.

No refund will be issued if products are not in their original condition or if the animal caused destruction for items.
